Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, returned in the original packaging.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, but please let us know if there is an issue with your order, and we will do our best to correct any issues.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 3 business days to notify you that we have received your return and whether your return is accepted or rejected. Refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, email shop@faithfulheartandhome.com with your order number and reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
